TS Galaxy through to the Nedbank Final
TS Galaxy beat Golden Arrows 3-1 after extra-time at Sugar Ray Xulu Stadium in Clermont, Durban. They have joined the likes of Tuks, MP Black Aces and Black Leopards as the only NFD teams to qualify for the Nedbank Cup final.
TS Galaxy now awaits for the winner between Chiefs and Chippa United to see who they’ll meet in the final.

Zakhele Lepasa scored a brace for the National First Division outfit within the 30 minutes of additional time, as they follow University of Pretoria and Black Leopards as teams from South Africa’s second division to play in the cup showpiece.
The Rockets will face either Chippa United or Kaizer Chiefs in the final of this year’s competition, at Moses Mabhida Stadium on May 18.
Following a goalless first-half the game sparked into action after the break and Arrows were handed a golden opportunity hit the front in the 71st minute, after Sanele Mathenjwa was brought down inside he area.
Knox Mutizwa duly stepped up and made no mistake from the spot to give Abafana Besthende the lead, and the Premiership outfit looked well on course to advance to next month’s final in the KwaZulu-Natal province.
Poor communication between defender and goalkeeper, though, would lead to the leveller in second-half stoppage time, as Sandile Zuke nodded past Maximilian Mbaeva to consequently send the game into extra-time.
Galaxy took control following the stroke of good fortune as Lepasa fired the NFD upstarts in front with 108 minutes on the clock.
With Arrows pushing forward in search or the equaliser, Lepasa completed his brace in the 120th minute of the clash to set up a potential final against Dan Malesela’s former employers, Chippa United.
